退款政策

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email studioclickflow25@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the return address after your request is approved.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

For returns that are not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos and your order number so we can assist.

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
